Workplace culture is important for any organization. 

“It is behavior of a group of individuals that agree upon expectations and guidelines for working together that are not always written down.”

It is also made up of prior experiences and life knowledges that staff members bring to DRDA, LLC.

A positive and encouraging work culture helps our firm attract talent, minimize attrition and grow the business. It drives employee engagement and mental health.  At DRDA, LLC team members that are valued, dramatically affect individual self-esteem and team morale. This “personality” of DRDA, LLC is influenced by everything: leadership, management, workplace practices and policies.

At DRDA, LLC we strive to have a culture that is always adapting and inclusive of all our team members.  Our culture creates a positive impact that encourages teamwork and constructive feedback.
