Leave home at the door when you walk in, get your work done efficiently and accurately, and have a little bit of fun.

Why did you choose to work in the field of accounting?
It was an opportunity afforded to me when I was in an administrative role to fill a need for the company and it became clear very quickly to me that I really enjoyed it. Especially when it comes to reconciliations, I love seeing the “pretty” numbers at the end. I also enjoy putting on my detective hat to solve problems.

In your own words, what is your job description?
Full service bookkeeping services, as detailed as all data entry, to reconciling client entries.

Lone Star College, Associate of Arts

What do you enjoy doing when not at work?
Spending time with my boys and my husband. I also love to read, scrapbook, and crochet.

Fun Fact about you?
I was born in Louisiana and moved to Texas after my sophomore year in high school. I respect my Louisiana heritage, but I consider myself a Texan and never want to live anywhere else.
