DRDA takes their time to really get to know you whether you are an employee or a client. It is very obvious that DRDA seeks to build long-term sustainable relationships in a proactive manner to the mutual benefit of all.

What is most rewarding about working in accounting?
I get a lot of satisfaction in being able to marry business operations with the daily administration of the business in a seamless fashion. If I do well on this goal, other departments are in a position to perform to their potential.

In your own words, what is your job description?
I spent a few years as a restaurant manager and loved balancing the books and reporting my results. My next stop was an accounting degree.
