I love working with clients and less senior staff, training and working through problems.

I’m very aware of deadlines and so I proactively plan a project to leave time for manager review, revisions, client review and finalization. I believe follow-up is key and working until the job is done but being mindful of charge hours.

I found the process fascinating. Very simple concepts that can be used within very complex accounting situations. I like the start to finish and the satisfaction of a job well done that passes scrutiny.
