What is most rewarding about being an accountant?

We make a positive difference for our clients, their employees, their families and communities. We help businesses and people succeed and grow.

What is your philosophy as it relates to your job?

Help others by making a difference every day.

How did you choose accounting?

My maternal grandfather was a CPA. I saw the business knowledge he had and thought it would be a great way to learn more about a greater variety of businesses faster than any other major. My intention was to be in public accounting long enough to find the business I wanted to start or buy. As it turns out, I did find it. I love working with people and their businesses to make a positive difference in their lives.
