In your own words, what is different about DRDA?

I see a strong level of sincere commitment to small and midsize businesses. There is also genuine concern about positive change inside the organization to improve our community and our employees.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?

I love the opportunity to help business owners. It is a tough, lonely journey that I have travelled and a helping hand or a guiding light has a huge positive impact.

How did you choose your career path?

The army sent me to school to be a mechanical engineer, so after I completed my service obligation I went into manufacturing, but then switched over to management. I love business systems and people development and my current role gives me the opportunity to serve other businesses who can benefit from both.

In your own words, what is your job description?

I am part of a team that guides small and midsized business through common challenges, with the goal of positioning the business in the owner’s life as something that is a platform for him to achieve his personal, professional, and financial goals.

Practice Areas or Focus Areas:

My background is manufacturing and operations, however I have clients in the legal, medical, marketing, education, and manufacturing fields.

What is your hidden talent or something unique about you?

I like to cook.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy building things, I love woodworking and welding.

Where did you grow up or go to school?

I am from Florida. I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Texas A&M. But most of my education has come from being fortunate enough to work with good people who cared about my growth and development.

Popcorn.
