As 2025 comes to a close, DRDA is proud to reflect on a year defined by growth, innovation, and a renewed commitment to serving clients with excellence. Our December Newsletter highlighted the progress across all departments, celebrated team achievements, and shared a look ahead as we move confidently into 2026. Below is a full recap of the key themes and updates featured this month.

A Year of Growth and Strengthening Our Culture

In his year-end message, Managing Partner Doug Dickey reflected on the collective progress made across the firm. From expanding advisory programs to strengthening quality management systems and enhancing the client experience, every department contributed to a year of meaningful advancement. Doug emphasized a shared truth that has guided DRDA throughout 2025: growth happens when we continue to show up, for our clients, for each other, and for ourselves.

Looking ahead, 2026 will be a defining year as we align our efforts, expand capabilities, and build on the strong foundation established this year.
