Mack founded and grew a multi-unit franchised business, achieving profitability within the 1styear and a 600% return on investment at exit. His business was recognized as the 2016 Small Business of the Year by Lone Star College–SBDC. Prior to his entrepreneurial success, Mack served as Managing Director of Energy Services at a $1.1B PE-backed software firm, where he scaled revenues by 258% and profits by 1,784% over 4 years. He led his division through a PE buyout, 2 secondary buyouts, and the acquisition of its largest competitor. He has also held senior roles at multiple PE-backed startups and technology firms, overseeing P&L, professional services, and business development across several industry verticals.
In addition to his operational leadership, Mack has served on advisory boards in both the private and academic sectors, including at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. Mack brings expertise in financial oversight, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, systems integration, and building businesses ready for transition or exit.
